APRÈS is a six-night Maison 818 gathering based in a private villa in Nice.

For the full week, every guest will have a private bedroom and private bathroom, with shared spaces designed for slow mornings, late-night conversations, time by the pool and jacuzzi, and actually being together.

From Nice, we’ll move through the Riviera for thoughtfully chosen experiences — cooking in Vence, perfume-making in Grasse, a progressive dinner through Old Nice, a private driving day, and New Year’s Eve in Monaco.

Reserve your place with a $500 deposit.

Final payment is due December 15, 2026.

Exact installment dates will be provided at booking.

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable and are applied toward your total trip cost.

APRÈS is intentionally small.

Reservations are confirmed in the order deposits are received and are subject to availability.

Each guest receives a private bedroom and private bathroom in the villa.

Airfare is not included.

Cancellations

Because APRÈS requires advance commitments to accommodations, restaurants, transportation, and experience partners, all payments made toward the trip are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to travel, Maison 818 will make reasonable efforts to recover any supplier funds that remain refundable at the time of cancellation; however, recovery is not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Guests are responsible for protecting their trip investment against unexpected illness, travel disruption, cancellation, or other circumstances that may prevent them from traveling.

Accommodations

APRÈS includes six nights in a private villa in Nice.

Each guest receives:

• a private bathroom

• access to the villa’s shared spaces, pool, and jacuzzi

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary represents the planned APRÈS experience. Individual restaurants, experiences, timing, transportation, or other details may change due to availability, weather, supplier operations, or circumstances outside Maison 818’s control.

Any substitutions will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and character of the experience.

Airfare

Airfare is not included.

Guests should not purchase nonrefundable flights until Maison 818 confirms that the trip has met its minimum participation requirement and is cleared to proceed.

Guests are responsible for:

• valid passports and required travel documentation

• airfare

• travel insurance

• gratuities

• personal expenses

• meals or activities not specifically listed as included
